Winston currently ships to Canada and the United Sates.
How much does shipping cost?
For all orders over $300.00, shipping is free
Canada: Standard shipping [6-9 days] is a flat rate of $15.00. Expedited shipping [2-3 days] is $25.00
United States: Standard shipping [6-9 days] is flat rate of $40.00. Expedited shipping [2-3 days] is $85.00
How do I cancel my order?
Email info@shopwinston.ca as soon as possible – if your order is still being processed, we are happy to cancel your order. We can’t cancel orders once it has been prepared for shipping.
How do I return an item?
All sale & promotional items are final sale.
Evening wear products are non-refundable, they may be exchanged for store-credit or other styles if not worn.
Please note: International orders cannot be exchanged/returned. If damaged, they should be shipped back at the customer's cost to be eligible for refunds/store-credit.
If you wish to return your domestic order, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@shopwinston.ca. Store credit or exchange will be issued for all returns, no refunds.
