Shipping & pickup
Winston currently ships to both Canada and the United States. If you're located outside of these areas, feel free to reach out to us for further assistance or potential shipping options.
For all orders over $300.00, shipping is free.
Canada: Standard shipping [6-9 days] is a flat rate of $15.00. Expedited shipping [2-3 days] is $25.00
United States: Standard shipping [6-9 days] is flat rate of $40.00. Expedited shipping [2-3 days] is $85.00
International : Standard Shipping (7-10 days) is a flat rate $100. Winston is not responsible for import duties and taxes incurred on parcels
Yes, we do offer curbside pickup for your convenience. Simply place your order online, and we'll have it ready for you to pick up at a designated time. If you have any special instructions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Yes, if the item is in stock at our store, you can pick up your order the same day. Once your order is ready, you'll receive a notification with pickup instructions. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Returns & Exchanges
We want to make returns as smooth as possible! Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. To ensure your return is processed efficiently, we recommend using a trackable shipping service. (by Mail or UPS)
Unfortunately, we are unable to cover return shipping, so please keep your tracking number handy to avoid any issues.

To cancel your order, please email brian@shopwinston.ca as soon as possible. If your order is still being processed, we'll be happy to assist you in canceling it. Please note that once an order has been prepared for shipping, we're unable to cancel it.
Yes, you can drop off your return at our store. Please ensure you contact us beforehand to confirm the details of your return. We’ll be happy to assist you with the process.
Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Final Sale: All sale and promotional items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Evening Wear: Non-refundable, Final Sale.
- International Orders: These cannot be exchanged or returned. However, damaged items may be shipped back at the customer's expense for store credit.
- Domestic Orders: If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your package at info@shopwinston.ca. Returns are eligible for store credit or exchange only—no refunds. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
